Profiles with Neoprene shapes

Manufacturers of Neoprene rubber profiles

Manufacturers of door gaskets, enclosure gaskets, sealing gaskets, EPDM rubber gaskets for windows

Our precision when making extruded Neoprene profiles is very important because various applications require different tolerance control and specific performance, so VARGORT uses the most suitable compounds when making profiles.

Profiles with neoprene shapes are obtained from a row that shapes it, and manufactures it in a continuous strip of material, in any geometry and size. We have dies for the manufacture of standard profiles and we are specialized in the manufacture of customized profiles on request.

One of the main advantages of the material is that it is self-extinguishing and does not spread the flame, it is temperature resistant from -30ºC to +110ºC. And we also have formulations such as special ones for the railway sector, complying with the European standard EN45545.

Manufacture of CR rubber profiles

The standard manufacture for Neoprene profiles is 70º Shore A in black, although we can manufacture from 50º to 70º Shore A in white.

At VARGOT we have a wide range of sections and profiles that are available in our Neoprene rubber, that is, food grades, fire retardants...

Square, rectangular and U/T/L/D/P/H/C/E Neoprene profiles

Solid and hollow Neoprene profiles

Neoprene profiles with and without adhesive

Possibility of cutting the Neoprene profiles in sections

Manufacture of finished piece by joining the ends of the Neoprene profile

Applications of Neoprene rubber profiles

The main applications of Neoprene profiles are sealing joints in all kinds of industries and processes, and although the field of industrial application could be seen as almost infinite, some of its uses are:

Electrical insulator

Sealing profiles, especially when exposed to the risk of fire

Sealing joints in the automotive industry

Structural supports in buildings, bridge supports and flyovers

Conveyor belts, fire retardant load guide belts, bucket belts, etc.

Joints and profiles in the railway industry (EN 45545-2 Standard)
