Extrusion
It consists of passing, under pressure, the raw material through a row (with a more or less complex shape) continuously. In such a way that the material acquires a cross section equal to that of the row.
The extrusion processes can be with horizontal or vertical extruders, with horizontal ones being more common, and for more complex profiles, the vertical extrusion process is used.
Vulcanization
The elastomer formulation is extruded with the desired profile shape, which is cut to a length equivalent to the perimeter of the circumference, or cut at 45º in the case of manufacturing angles, and the ends are joined with the elastomer itself by heat . The resulting joint is strong and durable.
Thus, large diameter gaskets can be manufactured for large tank flanges and covers, as well as angles or frames from any cross section.

Cutting
The cut fabrication process allows butt gaskets in synthetic fiber-based materials, graphite, metal-reinforced graphite, mica, elastomers, expanded PTFE, modified PTFE, and foam materials with and without adhesives, in any shape or size.
We manufacture the right part by designing it for a specific application or starting from an existing sample or drawing.
In this process, you can use a Plotter (without cutting tool requirements, to produce large quantities) or Die (with small cutting tool costs, designed for not very high productions, or materials that are difficult to cut with a Plotter, such as Latex and/or or Linatex).
Molding
Por compresión
Proceso de conformado de piezas, en que el polímero es introducido en un molde abierto compuesto por dos piezas, que posteriormente se cierra y se aplica presión y calor para que el polímero adopte la forma del molde.
Por inyección
Proceso semicontinuo que consiste en inyectar un polímero en estado fundido (o ahulado) en un molde cerrado a presión y caliente, a través de un orificio pequeño llamado compuerta.
