Silicone o-rings

Gasket manufacturers: O-rings

Manufacturers of silicone o-rings for industrial equipment, construction and food processing

What are silicone o-rings? These are rubber gaskets made of silicone, a strong and durable material. Due to their properties, they are very suitable for the construction of industrial equipment, pumping equipment and food processing machinery. They are resistant to temperature, pressure and chemicals.

At Juntas VARGORT, we specialize in manufacturing silicone O-rings with the highest quality. We have a team of highly skilled engineers to design and install silicone o-rings in a wide variety of applications. Our silicone o-rings are resistant to temperature, water, chemicals and friction.

Our silicone o-rings meet the highest quality standards, guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Our customer service is second to none, offering technical advice and post-sales support.

O-rings for fluid tightness

The Silicone O-rings son are circular section rings, used mainly to guarantee fluid tightness.

The dimensions of the O-ring (OR) are determined by the inside diameter (d1) and thickness (d2).

Each silicone o-ring is individually inspected for fit and finish before leaving our vulcanizing shop.

Using the right adhesives, presses, molds, vulcanized at the correct temperature and cure times help create a vulcanized silicone O-ring that exceeds stated specifications.

At VARGORT we inspect 100% of each manufacture to ensure that standards are met and ensure that the product will perform perfectly.

Checking process of our O-rings

The quality process involves bending the gasket slightly while it is inspected for burrs, pinholes, and any other nonconformities. As shown in the image below, it is not recommended to excessively bend the silicone o-ring as it is not intended to be bent in your application. Bending the o-ring creates a cantilever effect, which increases the tensile force on the outer edge of the o-ring, leading to joint damage.
