Thanks to the level of detail and precision we are able to manufacture extruded profiles of Viton® or FKM.
Viton® or FKM Shaped Profiles are obtained from a row that gives it the shape, and manufactures it in a continuous strip of material, in any geometry and size. We have dies for the manufacture of standard profiles and we are specialized in the manufacture of customized profiles on request.
The standard manufacturing for Viton® or FKM profiles is 70º Shore A in black, normally under minimum order.
One of the main advantages of the material is its stability against the elements, as well as against UV rays, it has a temperature resistance of -30ºC to +250ºC.
