In the extrusion of cellular rubber cords, our standard is with a density of 0.2 gr/cm³ or microporous in black, although we can manufacture gray and beige colors from a minimum quantity and with hardnesses from 10ºshA to 35ºshA.

We manufacture cellular rubber cords by extrusion from 2 mm to 25 mm in diameter. We have flame retardant formulations (EN45545 and/or UL94) and others suitable for contact with food (FDA).

Our advice would be not to use cellular rubber cords in those processes that suffer from mechanical stress.
